Looking for a property to purchase

Setting your budget

Once you decide to buy a new home you need to find out how much you can spend and what properties are available in the area you want to live. We can recommend two very good finance providers, one is a bank and the other is a mortgage broker. Many of our clients have used their services and have found both to provide excellent service and very good mortgage products.

Local agents

We have a very good working relationship with all of the local agents. In fact, many of them use this form to handle their own conveyancing. You can find a list of recommended agents in our
local agent directory.

Initial legal advice

We recommend that you obtain some initial legal advice prior to purchasing, particularly if this is your
first home purchase. We can assist with preparing a purchase budget and give you other specific legal advice related to your situation that could save you thousands of dollars.

Finding your new home

The internet is becoming the most popular way to find a property. You can narrow the list of available properties down to those that suit your needs and fit within your budget.Visiting Open Houses is a good way of inspecting properties as you can plan you day and see a wide range of properties that are available.
