Preparing for settlement

During the period between exchange and settlement you will be required to sign your loan documentation, pay the balance of the monies owed and undertake your final inspection of the property.

Moving In

Most contracts provide for a 5 or 6 week period from exchange of contracts until settlement where you pay the balance of the property and it becomes yours. Depending on your situation we can negotiate on your behalf to have this time increased or reduced.

If you are selling another property, or being transferred with work naturally you want to move from one house to the other in one step. We will help co-ordinate this for you. After settlement we will give you our written Guarantee as to title which will be your peace of mind that your home is yours.
