There are various tax consessions and benefits for First Home purchasers.
You may be eligible for one of two schemes that are currently inoperation.
- The First Home Owners Grant Scheme (FHOGS). This scheme provides a one-off grant of $7,000.00 to assist in purchasing their first home.
- The First Home Plus Scheme (FHPLUS). This scheme allows people who qualify to have the stamp duty on their first home purchase waived.
