You have made the decision to sell
The initial stages of selling include deciding which agent you want to use, how much you are going to list the property for, what method of sale you are going to choose and what marketing you want. While these things are all important you must also consider that you must have a contract for sale prepared by your solicitor before a sign can be erected, the property advertised or prospective purchasers inspect your property.
We will prepare a sale contract on the terms that best suit you. These terms can include issues such as;
- period of time until settlement,
- deposit,
- inclusions in the sale,
- special conditions and more.
It is important that you talk with us early in the process so that we can get the contract prepared and ready so that there is no delay once you give your agent the go ahead to start marketing the property.
Visit our Instructing us to Act page to make an appointment or alternatively, you can instruct us online.
It takes a few days to gather all the necessary documents that must be included in your contract so the earlier you contact us the better.
Choosing your Real Estate Agent
Whilst selling a property privately may be an option, the majority of people employ a Real Estate Agent to sell their property for them. If you haven't decided which agent you want to have work for you, arrange for a few agents to inspect your house and discuss with them how they would market your property.
Experience has shown that your chances of selling are greater when you choose one agent to market your property exclusively.
Through our years of experience we are able to recommend helpful and reputable real estate agents in all residential areas in Wyong shire.
