Michele Joncourt — Wills & Estates Solicitor/Director

Michele has years of experience drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney & Appointments of Enduring Guardians. As a senior legal practitioner, she has dealt with many complicated family situations. Michele manages our Probate section with a focus on efficient asset distribution.

 Kerrie O’Malley  –  Licensed Conveyancer/Director

Kerrie Photo Kerrie has 38 years experience as a legal secretary and since 2007 as a licenced conveyancer on the Central Coast. Kerrie brings a wealth of experience to our practice together with her friendly approach which our clients really appreciate. Kerrie is a real asset to our practice.

Marilyn Ansell – Legal Bookkeeper/Director

Mazza-Photo-150x150 Marilyn has the big job of trust account management. She ensures the cheques are drawn for settlement. She also manages our firm’s accounts, is our pay mistress, assists in human resources and supports our reception and admin team.

Geoffrey Morgan-Smith – Solicitor/Consultant

Geoffrey has been a solicitor since 1979 and has successfully bought and sold over 30,000 properties for clients in his 30th year in business. Clients can contact Geoffrey including weekends and after hours. Geoffrey’s new passion is Estate Planning; helping clients to correctly plan their estate and protect their assets in case of their disability or incapacity.

 Wendy Atkinson  –  Personal Conveyancer

Wendy Photo Wendy is Sharyn’s settlement conveyancer. Wendy’s role is to ensure that her client’s sale or purchase settles promptly and without hassle. Wendy brings 27 years of experience and her thoroughness to detail is legendary.

Melissa Lewis  –  Listing Clerk

Mel Photo When clients want to sell their property they instruct us to prepare a listing contract to give to their agent. Melissa co-ordinates this with the agent, council and clients. Melissa prides herself on her work for our clients especially her speed in preparing Contracts. Melissa also helps our clients by liaising with banks and ordering the various searches, once their contract becomes unconditional.

Anne Howden – Estate Planning Administration

gms legal Anne helps Michele in our Wills and Deceased Estates team. Anne was born and raised on the central coast and is a true local. Anne has over 20 years experience of legal experience and in many different areas of law.
Aside from providing a legal service to you, Anne will give you that personal touch and empathy especially when times are sad.

Leila Berana—Personal Conveyancer

leia Leila is Kerrie’s settlement conveyancer and like Wendy, her role is also to ensure her client’s sale or purchase settles promptly and without hassle. Leila has 8 years experience in the legal industry and 20 years experience in the banking industry.
Leila has also completed her 3 years Conveyancing Couse at Macquarie University.

Vicki Phelan—Client Relations

vicki Vicki is a confident and friendly receptionist with excellent communication skills and many years of experience. She will be answering calls and managing our busy reception area with
her friendly and professional manner, as well as assisting our team in all area’s.

Kristie Hosie—Client Relations

Kristie-1 Kristie helps our conveyancing team in an administrative support role, is our backup receptionist and helps our clients with customer service. Kristie has had experience in property management and with her cheerful personality is an asset to our team.
