Kerrie has been working in legal firms most of her adult life and has been with our firm for over 15 years as our Licensed Conveyancer.

Marilyn was born and bred on the Central Coast & has a wealth of local knowledge. As Practice Manager, Marilyn is responsible for the day to day running of our firm.

Marilyn has been with us since 2005 and has contributed to the continued success of GMS Legal.

Licensed Conveyancer


Leila is one of our Licensed Conveyancers who comes from a banking background & now has 12 years legal experience.

She is a valued member of our conveyancing department and heads up our Settlements Team.

Melissa Lewis

Conveyancing Paralegal


Melissa is our Conveyancing Contract Specialist who prepares our listing contracts. Melissa has lived on the Central Coast for over 30 years.

Along with assisting the Conveyancing Team when contracts become unconditional, Melissa organises the contract for sale for our clients and their Real Estate Agents. Melissa prides herself on her work for our clients, especially her speed in preparing the Contracts.

Anne Howden

Estate Planning Paralegal


Anne helps Michele in our Wills & Estates Team. Anne is a true local and has over 20 years’ experience in Legal Offices and in many different areas of Law.

Aside from providing a great Legal service to you, Anne will give you that personal touch and empathy, especially when times are sad.

Anne is a Justice of the Peace.

Barbara Brown

Barbara is part of our Wills & Estates team assisting Michele with Estate Administration.

Barbara has worked in Legal Offices for over 35 years in various areas of Law and has a wide range of experience in Wills & Estates.

Elsa Bendt

Conveyancing Assistant


Elsa joined the GMS team early in 2024 and has quickly become a valuable member of our conveyancing team.

She has her sights set on becoming a licenced conveyancer.

Elsa has lived and worked on the Coast for over 15 years and is a Toukley local.

Meg has many years’ reception and administration experience, and joins our GMS team, well recommended.

Meg has spent many years holidaying on the Central Coast, and loves it so much, she has decided to live here permanently.
